Michael C. Myers, MST, CPA

Mr. Myers is a Member of  M. Myers & Associates,  LLC and a Certified Public Accountant  with over 35 years experience in financial audits, reviews, and compilations for U.S. and International businesses, as well as tax planning, consulting, and tax preparation for businesses and individual taxpayers.  His extensive experience includes: 

• Estate, retirement and succession planning
• Multi-state corporate and partnership preparation
• Computer networking and security
• Installation of network hardware and software
• Forensic Accounting engagements 
• Valuations for business mergers and acquisitions
• Taxpayer representation before the IRS and State Agencies

He is a member of both the American Institute and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as, the American Board of Forensic Accounting.  Mr. Myers has a Bachelor's of Science degree from St. Joseph's University and a Master's of Science degree in Taxation from Widener University.
