- Individual Tax Return for Tax Year 2023
You have up to April 15, 2024 to file your individual income tax returns for tax year ending December 31, 2023. If you need some extra time to gather your tax information we can file an extension request on your behalf to push your tax deadline back to October 15, 2024.
- S-Corporations, Partnerships, or LLCs that are taxed as Partnerships or S-Corporations for Tax Year 2023
For tax years ending December 31, 2023 the due date is
March 15, 2024. The extended deadline is September 16, 2024.
- C-Corporations, LLCs that are taxed as C-Corporations, and Single-Member LLCs for Tax Year 2023
For tax years ending December 31, 2023 the due date is
April 15, 2024. The extended deadline is October 15, 2024.
- 1st Quarter 2024 Individual Estimated Tax Payment Due
If you are self-employed or have other first quarter income that requires
you to pay quarterly estimated taxes, make sure your first quarter
payment is postmarked by April 15, 2024 tax deadline.
- Last Day to make a 2023 IRA Contribution
If you have not already funded your retirement account for 2023, make your contribution by April 15, 2024. That is the deadline for a contribution to a traditional IRA, deductible or not, and a Roth IRA. However, if you have a Keogh or SEP Plan and you file for an extension until October 15, 2024, you have up until that date to contribute to these plans.
- 2nd Quarter 2024 Individual Estimated Tax Payment Due
If you are self-employed or have other second quarter income that requires you to pay quarterly estimated taxes, make sure your second quarter payment is postmarked by June 17, 2024 tax deadline.
- 3rd Quarter 2024 Individual Estimated Tax Payment Due
If you are self-employed or have other third quarter income that requires you
to pay quarterly estimated taxes, make sure your third quarter payment is
postmarked by September 16, 2024 tax deadline.
- Extended Individual Tax Returns Due
If you extended your 2023 tax return, you need to have it completed and postmarked by October 15, 2024.
- 4th Quarter 2024 Individual Estimated Tax Payment Due
If you are self-employed or have other fourth quarter income that requires you to pay quarterly estimated taxes, make sure your fourth quarter payment is postmarked by January 15, 2025 tax deadline.
